Practice

The plan sets the week. The reps spend it.

The practice plan is built from the Board. The reps you log decide how the days still ahead are spent and how the call sheet reads at the end of the week. A practice already held is never redrafted.

The days ahead

A call with its reps gives way.

When a call has earned its reps, the days still ahead give its time to the calls that have not. The practice plan and the call sheet are marked as out of date on new reps, and rebuilding from practice moves the days ahead and the sheet together.

  • Five graded reps are needed to move a call on the sheet
  • Each call is judged against its own look
  • The sheet says how much of the plan the reps speak for

Scout cards

The scout team’s look, for both units.

Our offense’s periods get their defense’s eleven with pressure and stunt arrows. Our defense’s periods get their offense’s formation. The panel, the editor, the tablet and the printout all draw the same card.

  • A rep’s card can be changed for that rep only
  • Any coach who edits documents can edit a card
  • How often they show a look stays on coaches’ screens, never in print

Try it

Grade the reps, move the days ahead

Try this

  1. Press Use the sample Tuesday
  2. Press Redraft the days ahead
  3. Regrade a Stick rep and watch the redraft go out of date

Grade Tuesday’s reps

Call

Tap a rep: worked, then did not work, then ungraded.

What Tuesday’s reps say

  • Stick graded on 0 reps, short of the 5 that move a call.
  • Mesh graded on 0 reps, short of the 5 that move a call.
  • Inside Zone graded on 0 reps, short of the 5 that move a call.

The days still ahead

Not redrafted. Grade Tuesday, then redraft: Tuesday itself is held and never redrafted.

A sample week of team-vs-scout reps. A call needs 5 graded reps to move anything; one that has earned its reps gives half of them back on the days ahead, first to a call under the weak-call line, then to one not yet graded on 5. Each day keeps its total.
