Player Development
One record. Two portals.
The coach’s Player Development and the player’s My Development are two views of the same rows, in seven sections, organized by position room. Players read only what the staff publishes.
- Published, or it isn’t hisPlayers read only published rows. Every player-facing item shows the coach how the player sees it.
- Personal by ruleTesting numbers have no leaderboard, and players never see the depth chart.
- Built from his recordGame reviews are drafted from his stat line, grades and graded snaps; 1-on-1 agendas from his questions, priorities and what is owed.
Position rooms
Every room on one board.
Each room’s page shows a counted line, the players by spot from the latest depth chart, what is waiting on the coach and who has no number-one priority. A coach can run several rooms.
- Install checks drafted from the approved rules, sent by a coach
- Draft adjustments from this week’s problems, approved before they reach a player
- 1-on-1 agendas built from his own record
The player’s side
Seven sections he reads, and answers.
My Development, In-Season, Adjustments, Learn My Job, Training, Fuel & Recovery and Offseason Plan. After a game he rates himself on his published priorities and names the snap he wants back.
- Self-evaluation compared with his game grade by a stated rule
- A weekly digest of only published work
- Health data stays with the staff who need it

A fictional player. A game grade is his plus snaps on the 1-5 scale he rates himself on, read only from 5 or more graded snaps. Nothing here is published or saved, and there is no depth chart: players never see it.
